High speed HDPE water pipe production line adopts our self-designed high efficient five section screw. This structure effectively stabilizes theextrusion pressure, enhances the mixing and kneading effect of the melt in extruder, and reduces the screw shear heat, not only improves the plasaticizing quality, but also saves power consumption. It can ensusre the rapid plasticizing of raw material and guarantee the high speed and stable production.
Presently, our high-speed extrusion technology can achieve energy consumption per ton ≤ 300kW. H, while for similar equipment, the average level is 450-550kw. H.

Main features of the high speed HDPE pipe production line:
1.Special designed spiral pressure storage die head is equipped in the production line. It can effectively overcome the problem of extrusion pressure's instantaneous fluctuation and make sure the materials can be extruded at high speed and constant pressure.
2.Programmable control system is applied, which effectively improves the synchronization and operability of the entire line.
3.The control system make operators to know the opeartion condition in real time, such as temp in each heating zone, melt pressure, extruder's currency, rpm, alarming, etc.
